A great option for a bridal shower or 16th birthday is a purse cake. The favors for this shower were MAC compacts, so I recreated that plus nail polish, an emery board and lipstick from sugarpaste. This was a delish Pink Champagne cake, perfect for a ladies luncheon!
Sugar Candy Flames shoot out of this fondant covered Olympic torch to celebrate Riley's Birthday Olympics, complete with sugarpaste gold medal on the podium.
A lot of cake hidden here - the hat, ball, hoop and under the shirt and towel. The backboard was formed from cereal treats and covered in fondant, so everything is edible!

Here is a super duffel bag, carved from french vanilla cake with raspberry meringue filling and chocolate cake with caramel and caramel meringue filling. The hat is also carved chocolate cake. The baseball candle holders are cereal treats as is the baseball bat and the cleat and glove. Check out the bag of sunflower seeds leaning against the back of the bag!
This cake was created to coordinate with a beautiful baptism invitation and was iced in buttercream, which is different from my usual fondant. The accents were fondant with fresh flowers as well.

Well hockey season is over - that means another End of the Year Party!
The Zamboni was an obvious choice since I've already made the Stanley Cup and a Hockey Player. Any suggestions for next year are appreciated :-)
This is carved and covered in fondant and the back and sweeper are molded from cereal treats and covered in fondant as well.
Victoria's Lamb is a combination of fondant and meringue buttercream to give this gentle lamb her fluffy coat and sweet face. Handmade sugarpaste flowers can be custom designed for your occasion.
William's cross is iced completely in meringue buttercream, with only small fondant accents, the rosary beads can be any style and flowers could also be added to the cross for a more feminine look.
The first cake is a Debbie Brown design someone asked me to make, and the other 2 are designed to match the invitations. Tiny pea pods adorned the tops of cupcakes as favors to go with the Pea in a Pod cake.
